Well, I keep getting reminded that it has been a long time since I have posted a blog. Yes, Shelby and Kailey, I am talking about you. And sheesh, it hasn't been that long has it? Only about 11 months or so. In that time, Kailey has gotten a little sister, and Shelby has gotten a new son. Both of them are cute, by the way. And I'm glad they're yours. Although, I might trade you for my 3 year old. Just kidding. Don't tell Wendy I said that. Or Lindsey, for that matter.
Well, I decided that instead of trying to catch you up on a whole year, I would just ramble about a couple of things, and then write about something else next time. Maybe about 9 months from now? :-)
First of all, the summer. Becca seemed to not want to stay home. She went on various excursions over the course of the summer, including girl's camp. The house seemed weird without her for about 4 weeks this summer.

Also, we went to Antelope Island with my friend Werner from Germany. Notice he's wearing the Utah hat that I gave him. He still can't understand why I have to despise BYU, just because I like Utah. I tried to explain it to him, but something must have gotten lost in the translation. By the way, my prediction for this year? Utah 34, BYU 31. :-)
And, Brandon got to go on his first backpacking trip. He did great. He didn't even complain about carrying his own pack. Even when he had to carry grandpa part of the way.
And, last but not least.....Go Utes!!!!!
